Therapy Services
We provide individual and couples & partners therapy for adults in their 20s and forward, with reasonable fees, insurance coverage for many services, and financial assistance options through our SteadyCare Access Program.
Therapy is available in-person at our Clearwater-Countryside office, online throughout Florida, or a combination of both.

Our Clearwater Office
Settle into our comfy Clearwater office, centrally located in Pinellas County across from Countryside High School. We are on the bus line and are a convenient drive from Dunedin, East Lake, Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, and Safety Harbor.
Online Across Florida
Meet with your therapist from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Virtual video therapy also brings a personal touch and collaborative care to therapy wherever you are in Florida.
In-Person & Online
Sometimes life throws you a curveball. Come into the office when that works best and meet online when it doesn’t. Or, simply choose what feels right for you from one appointment to the next.
Group Therapy
At this time, we are not currently offering group therapy. Future groups will be shared here as they become available.
Billing Information
Using Insurance & Benefits
To help keep therapy affordable, HYWT is in-network with these insurance carriers:
- Aetna
- Cigna/Evernorth Behavioral Care Group
- United Healthcare/Optum
- Lyra Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
For out-of-network benefits, documentation of your paid services is available upon request to submit for possible reimbursement. This may work for Florida Blue/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Capital Health Plan, Health First Health Plans, Molina Healthcare, or other plans that include out-of-network mental health coverage.

Private Pay & Payment Methods
For private pay services, an invoice is issued on the day of your appointment and payment is processed using the payment method on file.
For your convenience, we accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards, bank account ACH transfers, and most HSA/FSA cards.
SteadyCare Access Program
If the cost of therapy is holding you back, we would love to explore options that may help. Please let us know if financial support would make a difference for you.
Program availability is limited, based on eligibility, and may be available for self-pay and benefits-based clients.
