Meet Tracy
Life Beyond the Therapy Room
I am the proud mom of two adults who are now building lives and families of their own. Although we live many miles apart, they are always on my heart. When I’m not working, I enjoy an active life in Florida’s sunshine and along its beautiful coastlines.
I am also a self-described late bloomer. I returned to college in mid-life, following a path that eventually led me through studies in organizational leadership and psychology and to graduate degrees from Seattle University and Saybrook University, culminating in a PhD in Psychology with a Clinical Psychology Specialization.
My path has had its own twists, turns, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Those experiences, along with years of clinical practice, have shaped how I show up as a therapist. I bring compassion, curiosity, and respect for the complexity of being human, and consider it a privilege to walk alongside others as they find and honor their own way.
