A Bit About My Practice
Hello, my name is Tracy Sisk. I love my career and that it does not feel like work to me! I warmly welcome adults and couples or partners from all backgrounds. In addition, my heart is compassionately allied with our LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
Without a doubt, it is a privilege to guide people to the ‘ah ha’ moments that transform their lives. Times when they begin to feel freedom from their troubles, or their empathy comes alive, or a couple reignites their love~ this is what therapy is all about for me. It is truly a delight to co-create these opportunities for growth that are meaningful and culturally relevant for each person.
Personal Tidbits
I very much enjoy Florida’s sunshine and beaches. While they live far off, I beam with pride for my two adult children and their families! In my spare time, I like my toes in the sand, my feet on the dance floor, or having fun with a variety of outdoor sports and events. Family and friends bring much joy to my life and I love to photograph nature~ our amazing sunsets are one of my faves!
My “inner therapist” was formed early as I observed what was going on to keep up with my large, loud, and loving extended family. Home is where I learned my lifelong family values of respect, dignity, hard work, and love for people. Although hardships came along the way, my childhood was good. One of my favorite memories is hand-churning ice cream with my cousins~ oh how I would love to have a dish of my Aunt’s specialty vanilla recipe on a hot Florida summer night!
