Through a whole-person approach, you can explore your life experiences, personal identity, values, relationships, and the many influences that shape your world. Together, we draw on the wisdom found in the places where you live, work, and connect with others so that the work we do remains relevant to your daily life.

Integrative and Evidence-Based Therapy

Because no two people experience life in the same way, my approach to therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods, including mindfulness, embodiment practices, somatic therapies, trauma-informed interventions, emotion-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Together, we remain attentive to your unique experiences and needs, allowing the therapy process to unfold in a way that is meaningful and relevant to your life.

The Mandala is a practical tool for exploring your heart, mind, body, and spirit. As you bring greater awareness to your experiences, you may begin to recognize patterns that no longer serve you and discover new possibilities for growth and change.

Along the way, you will learn practical skills to help navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and intention. Through self-awareness, self-compassion, and meaningful reflection, you can honor your way toward a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
