Hello, I am Tracy Sisk, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH24371). I love my work, and I welcome people of all backgrounds with warmth and compassion, including affirming care with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folks. My value of people is that we are whole beings, who sometimes need help to free ourselves from what holds us back. Co-creating a safe therapeutic space with you, will allow you to feel comfortable being who you are without judgment. While being authentic, you can openly explore opportunities for growth that are culturally meaningful and sustainable in your world.
I am here to help you get to those ‘ah ha’ moments that will change your life for good. That might be your face lighting up when you feel emotional freedom for the first time. Or, the heartwarming sense of bringing your empathy alive. Perhaps, it would be the spark of passion reigniting your love of self and others. You matter to me, and whatever brings you here, I will help you get to know yourself and learn new ways to move forward in your life.
In my spare time, I enjoy an active life in Florida’s sunshine. Together in the Tampa Bay Area, we went through a rough storm season. For my contribution to our recovery, I am happy to bring Hurricane Hope with free and reduced fees for select service. As we continue to heal and rebuild, we are getting back to living in paradise together!
Although they live far off, I have a deep sense of pride for my adult children with their spouses and sweet little ones. Hanging out with my family and friends brings me much joy, as does photographing Mother Nature’s beauty wherever I go.

Welcome to our cozy new office!
I am a licensed mental health counselor (MH24371) in Florida. As foundations for my practice, I have earned a master degree in clinical psychology from Saybrook University, and another in organization and leadership development (OSR) from Seattle University. In 2025, I will complete a Saybrook psychology doctoral degree with a clinical psychology specialization.
In addition, I have training in emotionally focused couple therapy (EFT), ethical Telehealth practices, and a certificate in clinical hypnosis. As a focused practice of disaster and trauma-responsive care, I have completed crisis/disaster response courses, an Acute Stress Syndrome Stabilization Therapy (ASSYST) training program, and will soon complete a certificate in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
