About Me
Personal
As you learn about me and my practice, I hope you begin to feel that you are safe here to explore and transform your life. I am a proud momma of two grown kiddos with their spouses and little ones. Although they live far away, I am happy and fulfilled in an active life in our Florida sunshine and salty waters. As I continue on my own journey, it is my passion to help others live with dignity and confidence in this one life we have.
Professional
As a late bloomer, I completed both an Associate degree and a Bachelor degree in my 40’s. I kept going, as I earned a Master degree in organizational leadership and development (OSR) at Seattle University. With these great foundations, I decided to pursue a psychology PhD program at Saybrook University. Along the way, I earned a clinical psychology Master degree in 2017 and expect my doctoral degree in 2025. My professional approach is compassionately grounded in the fullness of humanity and welcoming to people from all backgrounds. You can learn about my Services here.
