Specialty Services
In addition to general therapy services, I am passionate about proving therapy in a few specialty areas:
- Disaster/trauma-responsive care is a unique approach to help survivors of natural disasters get the resources they need, regulate their bodies, and care for their emotions. This builds resilience to stabilize, heal, and even grow through the traumatic experience.
- My emotionally-focused work is light-hearted and effective with men and husbands who want to connect with their emotional life. They learn how to tap into empathy and improve relationships in all areas of their life.
- Married or partnered couples connect with their hearts to find security in vulnerability and reignite their passion.
Services and Fees
I provide services to adults in their 30s to 60s or so, as well as couples and partners. I offer in-person appointments in the Countryside area of Clearwater, Florida, statewide online, or a combination of both.
Individual Adults
$115.00 (45-50 minutes)
Couples and Partners
$180.00 (75-minutes)
Payment and Insurance
Honor Your Way Therapy is an out-of-network provider and self-pay practice. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards, bank account ACH transfers, and most HSA/FSA cards. A valid payment method is required at the beginning of your first appointment and remains on file for automatic day-of-service charges. Documentation of your paid services is available upon request for you to submit for out-of-network insurance benefits.
No responsibility for your coverage, the submission process, or reimbursement amounts is assumed by Tracy Sisk, ETS, LLC, or HYWT. Please confirm your coverage eligibility prior to your first appointment so you know what to expect.

Designed to better match therapy costs with your available resources, the sliding fee services scale can be tailored to your financial situation. Please let me know if you need support in this area.
